Untapped Reserves Study

The World Petroleum Council (WPC) and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) are committed to diversity and inclusion and have agreed to work together on a long term project to promote and drive gender balance in the Energy sector around the globe.

As such we have created the Untapped Reserves study, a definitive study based on unique data set from the industry, its employees and leadership, which will be updated every three years in order to provide a comprehensive view of the progress and actions the industry is taking on levelling the playing field for all.
